the motor moves, the worm moves, and the turbine moves so that the screw moves up and down. the screw is connected to the guide post. think of the guide post as a nut. the screw moves on the nut. the screw has a certain length. the nut is dead (fixed), the screw is up or walking down, there will be danger of running out of the nut, causing the slider to fall off (below the head) or the screw to “smite” in the guide post (overhead).
presses (including punch presses, hydraulic presses) are compact, versatile presses. with its versatility and high production efficiency, the press can be widely used in cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming processes. the parts are machined by plastically deforming and breaking the metal by applying a strong pressure on the metal blank. when the mechanical press is working, the motor drives the large pulley (usually doubled as the flywheel) through the v-belt and drives the crank slider mechanism through the gear pair and the clutch to make the slider and the punch die go down. after the forging work is completed, the mechanical press moves up and the clutch is automatically disengaged. at the same time, the robot on the crankshaft is turned on, and the slider stops near the top dead center.
the maximum closed height of the press means that the distance between the bottom plane and the work surface of the fuselage is the maximum closed height when the slider is at the bottom dead point when the slider is adjusted to the maximum loading height. note: the closed height does not calculate the table top. now some manufacturers give the height of the mold, the height of the mold to the top plane of the table. the closed height under the same adjustment height is greater than the height of the mold.
